A website known as civilserviceindia.com has started a library at the small rate of Rs.200 for Chennai students who are aspiring to be a Civil servant.
Old students can sell the Books or notes they used or even donate it to the new students for their prepration for the IAS exams. Each page of your IAS preparation notes will fetch you Rs.25.
